What it costs, who it suits and how to start.
What it costs
Pricing follows the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. What you pay depends on whether it's an overnight stay or a day-based activity, and whether it falls on a weekday, evening, or weekend. If you don't have NDIS funding in this category, respite is also available fee-for-service. Cost is always confirmed in writing before anything starts.
Am I eligible?
Respite Unlocked draws on two possible funding categories, depending on what you need. Overnight stays are usually funded through Short Term Accommodation (STA). Day-based activities and outings are usually funded through Assistance with Social and Community Participation, part of Core Supports. Your plan may include one or both. A support coordinator can help you check, and fee-for-service is an option if you don't have an NDIS plan.
Where we work
We're based in Thomastown and support participants across Greater Melbourne, including the northern, western, and eastern suburbs. Overnight stays and day activities are arranged around the participant, in a setting that suits them, and some supports extend into regional Victoria.
